आम और पुदीने का रायता सामग्री - Kaccha Aam and pudina Raita recipe in hindi ingredients:-

  • 2 आम छोटे छोटे टुकड़ों में --2 mangoes cut into small pieces
  • 1 चम्मच पुदीना की पत्तियां कटी हुई --1 tsp mint leaves chopped
  • 1 छोटा चम्मच अदरक का रस --1 tsp ginger juice
  • कप दही-- 2 cups curd
  • छोटा चम्मच भुना हुआ जीरा पाउडर --1 tsp roasted cumin powder
  • 1/4 चम्मच काली मिर्च पाउडर --1/4 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1 हरा मिर्च टुकड़े में कटे हुए --1 green chili cut into pieces
  • नमक और कालानमक स्वादानुसार --salt and black salt as per taste

आम और पुदीने का रायता बनाने की विधि- How to make Kaccha Aam and Pudina Raita Recipe in Hindi:

1. सबसे पहले दहीकाली मिर्च पाउडरजीरा पाउडर और नमक को मिलाकर अच्छी तरह से फेंट ले|

2.उसके बाद उसमे अदरक के रस और हरी मिर्च के टुकड़ों को मिला दे |

3. इसके साथ ही आप इसमें कटी हुई पुदीने की पत्तियों को भी मिला दे |

4अंत में इसमें कटे हुए आम के टुकड़ों को डाल कर इसका सेवन करे | 

How to make Kaccha Aam and Pudina Raita Recipe in English: -

1. First of all, mix curd, black pepper powder, cumin powder and salt and beat it well.

2. After that add ginger juice and green chili pieces to it.

3. Along with this, you can also add chopped mint leaves to it.

4. In the end, add chopped mango pieces and consume it.
